The NPSC is all set to welcome you all to the 44th Annual Conference to be held on 16th-17th Feb, 2017 at India International Center, New Delhi. I am sure you have blocked the dates and also sent in delegate registration forms. Mr Amitabh Kant, IAS, CEO, NITI Aayog has consented to be the chief guest and Amb. K.C Singh Former Secretary, MEA will deliver the keynote address. The Valedictory function will have Chairman, CBSE as our Chief Guest and Prof. Sugata Mitra of the "hole-in-the-wall” fame has consented to be the guest of honour.
This year we have chosen the theme “Schools of tomorrow…the tomorrow of schools” which is a powerful theme in the context of education, its role, future and the vision of teaching and learning. The NPSC proposes to develop global competencies in our students at the affective, academic and action levels. This is possible only through redefining learning expectations, identifying classroom challenges, gaining insightfulness and meaning creation. We hope, through the deliberations, to achieve some leads on how to envision our tomorrow so as to sculpt pathways for the schools. The outcomes of the conference will continue to inspire us to live by our ideals and ensure for our students the world full of hope, opportunity, peace and sustainable living.
